REPoetry

After the tragic December 2011 collapse of my sale on #260 – 9970 148 St Surrey, HIGHPOINT Gardens, I ‘beefed up’ my standard Seller’s Contract of Purchase and Sale, and I invented the art form I call Real Estate Poetry (or REPoetry for short). The basic notion, obviously, is to celebrate and immortalize your Real Estate moments in poetry. Rhyming optional. Everyone is welcome, encouraged to join in. Real Estate licence optional.
Here’s my inaugural offering:

We had a sale.
It fell through.
Hard luck for me!
How ‘bout you?

Let me know, poetically if possible, how you feel about this new art form generally, and my opening offering.

I’ve got a bunch more ideas fermenting in the back of this wonderous thing I affectionately call my mind (which I occasionally take leaves of absence from!). Didactic offerings on the most common TRICKS AND TRAPS in our contemporary Real Estate business are bubbling up to the surface at the moment; My plan is to ‘publish’ my Real Estate Poetry imbedded in my day-to-day real estate advertising efforts, and concurrently in the ‘social media’ (facebook, twitter, LinkedIn).
