- I’m a hard worker, and I’m a marketer rather than a salesman. I understand and meet your needs, not push for a sale. In a previous career, I earned multi-national corporations many millions of $$$.
- I thrive on numbers. My dad was a Charter Accountant. I was the Statistics teaching assistant in Grad.School. I’ll make sure you’re as up-to-date as you want to be on what’s going on in the local housing market
- As a Realtor in good standing, I have access to MLS ‘Solds’ – something it is very hard / impossible for members of the public to get on their own. Recent solds define market value!
- As a Realtor, I can set-up automated MLS search and email notification to you on properties that might be of interest to you
- I genuinely enjoy working with both Buyers and Sellers. Historically, a large portion of my business typically comes from Buyers, I suppose because I enjoy seeing people get what they want / need. Working with Sellers gives me the scope to exercise my considerable marketing talents.
- BUYERS: I’m a good negotiator. I’ll show you the market value of a given property before we make an offer. And, I’ll show that same market value to the seller if his price is out of line. SELLERS: I’ll show you current market value of your property BEFORE we start, I’ll help you with appropriate ‘staging’, etc. Then, I’ll work my little heart out to get you the highest possible (realistic) price in the shortest possible time. And, I’ll let you out of our contract at just about any time, for any reason (Exceptions: Not when we are actively negotiating an offer, Not when there is a deal in place).
- I’m rigorous on my real estate paperwork: BUYERS –When we find you the place that’s right for you, I’ll write the deal that suits you, and carefully attend to all the needed follow-up. SELLERS – I’ll go the extra mile to ensure your property is properly, accurately described in the MLS Listing and in all my other A&P efforts, I’ll help you negotiate the deal that suits you, and I’ll carefully attend to all the needed follow-up.
- I can work with both MLS listed properties and ‘For Sale By Owner’ (FSBO) properties, with a flexible approach to commission on the FSBO’s.
- When your deal completes, whoever sent you to me – or yourself if you came un-referred — GETS 1/4TH OF MY applicable COMMISSION.
- Last, and maybe least important, I really need the work! Sitting, watching TV is boring. Real Estate, and spreading my *feels right(to me) IS RIGHT(for me) philosophy of life, are things I live for.
