After having a ‘double-ender’ deal collapse in on me in December 2011, I decided to include a Deposit Default Clause in all future contracts where I represent the Seller, and I decided to express my frustration in a new art form I’m calling Real Estate Poetry (REPoetry for short). Here’s my first, painful REPoem:
We had a sale.
It fell through.
Hard luck for me!
